Buying off-plan

How buying a new home with us works.

Reservation

A reservation takes a home off the market while contracts are prepared. We explain the fee, what it covers and when it is refundable before you pay anything.

Exchange

You sign contracts and pay a deposit. Your solicitor checks the specification, the warranty and the build programme on your behalf.

Completion

Before completion you’re invited to inspect the finished home. Anything we find together is logged and put right.
