Tomás runs our development programme from acquisition to handover. A chartered surveyor by training, Tomás is the one asking how a building will look in fifty years.

Priya leads our research and writes most of our market notes. A decade in housing policy came first, which is why our notes favour plain numbers over predictions.

Elliot has sold homes across the city for fifteen years and knows the Old Town and Linden Rise street by street, and still accompanies most viewings in person.

Hana looks after our lettings and commercial spaces, matching workshops, studios and offices with the people who will use them well.

Owen trained as an architect and leads design across our developments, from briefing architects to choosing door handles, and writes our Architecture & Design notes.
