We look for businesses that open their doors to the neighbourhood: makers, independent shops, places to eat and work.

Leases you can read
Plain-English heads of terms, clear repair obligations, and break clauses discussed at the start rather than at the end.

Help with fit-out
Where it makes sense we agree a contribution to fit-out and introduce local contractors we have worked with before.
