Rope Works Loft

Loft 12 sits at the river end of The Ropery, where the old works is at its tallest. Original brick columns run through the living space, and a run of restored cast-iron windows looks out over the wharf.

The space

The open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area rise to nearly six metres. A steel stair climbs to a mezzanine study under the roof trusses, and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, sit along the quieter courtyard side.
