Linden House

Linden House sits on the highest stretch of Lime Avenue, with long views west across the city. The original house keeps its proportions — tall ceilings, deep skirtings, a staircase that turns around a lantern — while a 2021 extension opens the back of the house to a garden of nearly a third of an acre.

Ground floor

A generous hall leads to two reception rooms at the front and a kitchen, dining and garden room across the rear. The extension’s oak frame and brick piers frame the garden like a run of windows, with a study and boot room to one side.

Upstairs
