Dune House

Dune House was designed by its architect owners as a house to live in all year. Board-marked concrete walls hold the heat, timber screens filter the light, and every main room has a view of the water.

Inside

The living spaces step down with the land, so the kitchen, dining room and sitting room each sit at a slightly different level with an uninterrupted view. Four bedrooms, all with bathrooms, are in a quieter wing behind.

Outside

A sheltered deck faces south behind a timber screen, and a path runs straight from the garden gate onto the shingle.
