Linden Court completes: twelve homes around a garden

The last of the twelve townhouses at Linden Court has been handed over, completing our first new-build development on Linden Rise.

A shared court

The houses are arranged around a planted court with an orchard of eight fruit trees, and parking sits at the edge of the site so the court stays quiet.

“We wanted to build a place where neighbours meet by default,” said Tomás Rivera, Oriel’s director of development.
