About the role
We’re looking for a residential sales advisor to join Elliot’s team in the Old Town studio. You’ll look after a small number of homes at a time, so you can know each one well and give every client the time they need.
About the team
Our advisors aren’t set commission targets that reward speed over care. We’d rather lose a sale than mislead a buyer.

What you’ll do
Accompany viewings and follow up with clear, honest feedback
Prepare listings with accurate descriptions, plans and photography
Advise sellers on pricing using evidence, not optimism
Keep buyers informed from offer to completion

What you’ll bring
Experience in residential sales or lettings
A clear, careful writer
Comfortable explaining surveys, plans and tenure
A full driving licence
