About the role
You’ll lead one of our developments day to day, working with architects, contractors and our design director to deliver homes that match what we promised.

People who visit site often, write things down and tell clients the truth about programme and cost.

What you’ll do
Manage design and construction programmes
Chair site meetings and track quality
Keep buyers informed about progress
Coordinate handover and aftercare

What you’ll bring
Five or more years in residential development or construction
Experience with listed or historic buildings is welcome
A strong grasp of programme and cost
A calm, collaborative manner
